This survey has been designed to collect information from home care providers in Victoria and Tasmania about current workforce and future workforce plans. The survey also contains some questions about recruitment strategies and concludes with a section about your engagement preferences. The survey is best completed by leaders or those in positions responsible for recruitment.

This information will be used by the consortia partners – Aged & Community Care Providers Association, Human Services Skills Organisation, and PowerHouse Hub to get an understanding of the current state of the sector.
