We will work with registered training organisations across Victoria and Tasmania to support career seekers with training to build their skills and knowledge.

We have an end-to-end recruitment solution and, through our portal, we are able to match individuals to job roles. As a part of our matching service, we consider the attributes, experience, credentials, training, and certifications of each candidate.

We will help support new personal care workers in personal care, allied health and enrolled nursing positions complete high-quality training.

facilitate access to subsidised and affordable training options
support high-quality work placement opportunities in home care settings or combined with residential care settings
source training that can complement home care providers existing training programs to upskill the existing workforce.
